1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreelanceFlow ("the Service"), operated at getfreelanceflow.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FreelanceFlow provides invoicing, client management, and payment processing tools for freelancers and independent professionals. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying feature limits.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send fraudulent invoices or misrepresent charges to clients
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or code

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including client information, invoices, and financial records. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Payment Processing

Invoice payments from your clients are processed by Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. FreelanceFlow is not responsible for payment processing delays or failures caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FreelanceFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
